Job Description:
1. Develop an in-depth understanding of value-added manufacturing processes and costs, reverse logistics, and market intelligence, and apply these knowledge to influence company's future product road-map and sourcing decisions;
2. Timely identify and notify supply problems according to changes in material planning requirements and purchasing environment, participate in the formulation and implementation of evasive measures to solve supply problems;
3. Effectively interface with suppliers to negotiate optimal terms for sourcing, understand the trade-offs between cost, volume, and quality in order to strike agreements that meet company's performance criteria and secure long-term supply continuity;
4. Collaborate across other departments to achieve business objectives and optimize supply chain performance through cost & scenario analysis and bench-marking;
5. Participate in periodical business review with strategic suppliers and provide key inputs for supplier's performance evaluations.
Job Requirements:
1. Experienced in supply chain management, procurement management is preferred, familiar with procurement bidding process, supplier management process, skilled in using ERP system and Office software;
2. Experienced in the collaboration with cross-regional, cross-functional, and cross-business unit groups is preferred, and with excellent capability to work with all levels of the organization to guide executions;
3. An effective communicator with good interpersonal, problem solving, negotiation skills and team spirits, professional with strong analytical skills and project management skills are preferred;
4. Fluency in English is preferred.

- Conclude and edit the product manuals, installation notes, FAQ, or public knowledge articles.
- Regularly provide product training courses to dealers.
- Assist the R&D team to do the local test for the new product or function.

Job requirements?
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- IEEE, automation control, computer-related major is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in technical service.

Job Brief:
We are looking for a production manager to manage and improve product production of Sveaverken Svea Agri AB, including planning, quality control, EHS ensuring, cost control etc.
Ultimately your job will play a critical role to ensure company profitability and business success.
Responsibilities:
· Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity, security etc.) and refurbishments
· Supervise all staff and facilities (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) and external contractors
· Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
· Formulate and review factory’s monthly/quarterly/yearly financial budget analysis and forecasting
· Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs
· Regularly Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
· Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc.
Allocate office space according to needs
· Familiar with local Government’s relative policies, law and regulation
Job requirements?
· Proven experience as facilities manager or relevant position
· Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent organizational and leadership skills
· Good analytical/critical thinking
· BSc/BA in facility management, engineering, business administration or relevant field
