ASIT & MEDIA AB is looking for two dynamic IT Project Managers - Strateg to lead and support diverse projects within our IT solutions portfolio, including our flagship upcoming platform, Yumplee. Set to launch on January 1, 2024, Yumplee is a next-generation online food delivery service that will connect local food lovers with nearby restaurants, bringing convenience and satisfaction to users’ doorsteps. This role involves taking Yumplee from development to a successful market launch while managing additional IT projects with our Swedish clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Drive the Yumplee project as a primary focus, overseeing all phases from planning to launch. Additionally, manage other IT projects within ASIT & MEDIA AB's portfolio, ensuring they align with client needs and company standards.
Client Collaboration: Serve as a direct point of contact, frequently visiting client sites to solve IT challenges, build strong relationships, and ensure project goals are met.
Vendor Coordination: Work closely with international vendors, particularly from India, to support the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Project Planning: Develop project plans, monitor progress, report on milestones, and manage timelines for multiple projects.
Cross-functional Teamwork: Collaborate with internal teams, including development and support, to deliver seamless, client-focused solutions across various projects.



Requirements:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Management or related field.
Professional Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience in IT project management, Sales ideally within digital platforms or tech-based solutions.
Language Skills: Proficient in English (required); Hindi or Urdu is advantageous.
Mobility: Valid driver’s license, as regular visits to client sites are essential.
