Academic Work is on behalf of our client Car-O-Liner Commercial AB that is the legal entity looking for an Assistant to the Finance Manager to join the plant in Katrineholm. They design and supply equipment and industrial solutions to the truck and bus industry worldwide under the brand TruckCam. The customers are for example Scania, Volvo, MAN with plants all over the world. In Katrineholm there is manufacturing and administration and right now the headcount is 33 in the company. This position will focus on providing support to the Finance Manager whom you also will report too.

TruckCam prepare their financial reports according to US GAAP and SOX.
We are looking for a graduate with a Bachelor of Science with a major in accounting who is in the beginning of his or her career and wants to work broadly at a small finance department with AP, payments, AR, invoicing, reminders, reconciliations, analysis, monthly and yearly endings and other accounting issues that may be relevant.
You are interested in systems and are able to work well with Excel. Because they operate in an international group and have international customers you must be able to speak and write English well. You have a good social ability and know that cooperation is adding to the performance. You report to the Finance Manger and are able to work independently and can come up with good proposals and take your own initiatives and make wise decisions.
This is a direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process takes place through Academic Work but you will be hired directly with Car-O-Liner Group where TruckCam is one of their trademarks.

You who:
* Have a bachelor of science with a major in accounting or equivalent
* Have work experience from accounts payable and general accounting
* Have good knowledge in in Microsoft Excel
* Is fluent in English and Swedish, both written and orally

* Cooperative, self-reliant, thorough and we also see that you as a person take initiative
